Websites & call handling for local trades
I build websites and set up automatic call handling for tree services and local trades in Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Milton, Pace and Pensacola.
The problem
The homeowner is standing in the yard in the rain with a flashlight. They call the first number they find.
If you don't answer, they don't leave a voicemail. They call the next one. That's a three or four thousand dollar removal that went to somebody else because you were asleep — which you're allowed to be.
An automatic text back doesn't wake you up. It tells them you got the call and you'll ring them first thing. Most of the time that's enough to hold the job.
What you get
Home, services, service area, about, contact — with a page for every town you cover, so "tree removal Navarre" has something to match. Loads fast, works on a phone, and your number is the biggest thing on every screen.
Every call you can't take gets an automatic text within seconds. Day, night, weekend. Most emergency jobs go to whoever replies first.
Hours, categories, service areas and photos set right, plus duplicate listings merged so you stop competing with yourself in the map.
A text goes out after the job asking for a Google review. Reviews are the single biggest factor in whether you show up in the map at all.
Every form submission hits your phone and your email the moment it lands. Nothing sits in an inbox nobody checks.
See it working
Barrier Island Tree Co. isn't a real company. I built it so you don't have to imagine what I'm describing — the emergency path, the service-area pages, the text-back.
Open it on your phone. That's how your customers will see it.
Open the demoWhat it costs
One honest note on timing. The site is live in about a week. The texting takes a little longer, because the phone carriers have to approve business texting and that part is out of my hands. I start it the day you say go.
Who you'd be dealing with
I worked for a tree service around here back in the early nineties. I know what the work is, and I know that "just call me back" isn't realistic when you're forty feet up with a saw running.
I'm not an agency. There's no account manager and no ticket system. You get me, and I'm fifteen minutes from most of you. I'll come to the yard and show you what I build before you spend a dollar.
Get in touch
Call the same number if you'd rather talk. I answer when I can and text back when I can't — which is the whole point.
